COLLECTVALUE.COM TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

CollectValue is an Internet-based social network for collectors to locate and communicate with other collectors. CollectValue.com services include the website and everything else offered by CollectValue.com.
As a User of the CollectValue Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are:
  • a "visitor" (which means you simply browse the CollectValue.com website) or
  • a "member" (which means you have registered with CollectValue.com) or
  • a "collector" (which means you have uploaded exhibits for viewing) or
  • a "curator" or "expert" (which means you are responsible for content submitted by others).
You are only authorized to use these CollectValue Services if you agree with this Agreement, and you must read this Agreement and show that you accept it when you Register.

CollectValue.com can modify this Agreement, and any modification is effective when it is posted on the CollectValue.com website. Please review this Agreement regularly to make sure you are aware of any changes.

Please take care with the information you post via CollectValue. CollectValue takes no responsibility or liability for your material in any way.

Terms of Use:
  1. Eligibility. By using the CollectValue.com website, you guarantee you?re over 16, your registration information is truthful and accurate, and your use of CollectValue Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
  2. Term and Termination.
    • This Agreement will stay active all the time you use any CollectValue Services.
    • You can stop being a User at any time. Equally, CollectValue can end your access at any time, without warning.
  3. Fees. CollectValue can change its services at any time. CollectValue will inform you by email if a service is to be offered in the future for a change of fee. You can then decide if you want to continue to use this specific service. If CollectValue terminates your Membership because you have breached this Agreement, you will not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees or credits.
  4. Password. When you sign up to become a Member, you will be asked to choose a password. You are responsible for keeping the confidentiality of your password. You agree to notify CollectValue immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.
  5. Proprietary Rights in Content on CollectValue.com.
    1. CollectValue does not claim ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials that you post to the CollectValue.com website. After posting your Content to the CollectValue.com website, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By posting any Content via CollectValue, you allow CollectValue a limited license to use, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content through CollectValue.com.
    2. You declare that you own the Content posted by you on CollectValue.com or otherwise have the right to post it, and (ii) the posting of your Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Content posted by you on CollectValue.com.
    3. CollectValue is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and CollectValue owns and retains all rights involved with CollectValue and the CollectValue.com website. CollectValue grants you a limited license to reproduce and display CollectValue.com content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the CollectValue.com website, using the CollectValue Services, as well as linking, redistribution and syndication of relevant links, content and material that you own.
    4. Except for Content posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content in CollectValue.com that does not belong to you.
  6. Content Posted.
    1. CollectValue can delete any Content that in the sole judgment of CollectValue violates this Agreement, for example if it is offensive, illegal or violates the safety of any person. CollectValue assumes no responsibility for monitoring inappropriate Content or conduct.
    2. You are solely responsible for the Content that you post via any CollectValue Services, and any material or information that you transmit to others. CollectValue makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Content or to the accuracy and reliability of the Content or any material or information that you transmit to other Members.
  7. Content/Activity Prohibited. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to Content that, in the sole discretion of CollectValue:
    1. is offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
    2. harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
    3. exploits vulnerable people in a sexual or violent manner;
    4. contains offensive subject matter or contains a link to offensive subject matter;
    5. solicits personal information from anyone under 16;
    6. provides unauthorized private information;
    7. promotes information that you know is false or misleading, or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
    8. promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work;
    9. involves the transmission of unsolicited mailings;
    10. contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
    11. furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
    12. solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users;
    13. involves activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes or pyramid schemes;
    14. includes images or information belonging to another person that you have posted without that person's consent.
    Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
    1. criminal or tortuous activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, harassment, stalking, spamming, sending viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets;
    2. any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add content;
    3. interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on CollectValue or the networks or services connected to CollectValue.com;
    4. attempting to impersonate another User or person, or using the account, username, or password of another User at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to exploit your account;
    5. using any information obtained from CollectValue to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
    6. using CollectValue in a way that breaks any applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Copyright Policy. You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others, except where such items appear on collectable items displayed in your exhibitions.
  9. User Disputes. You are solely responsible for your communications with other CollectValue Users.
  10. Privacy. Use of CollectValue.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  11. Liability Disclaimer. CollectValue will not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on CollectValue.com or in connection with CollectValue Services. Inclusion of any internet links do not imply approval or endorsement of the linked material by CollectValue. When you access third-party material, you do so at your own risk. CollectValue takes no responsibility for third party advertisements, nor do we take any responsibility for goods or services provided by advertisers. CollectValue is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any User of any CollectValue Services.
    CollectValue is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any of the CollectValue Services.
  12. Disputes. If there is any dispute about or involving CollectValue, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of Belgium.
  13. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold CollectValue, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the CollectValue Services in violation of this Agreement.
Other. This Agreement sets out the entire agreement between you and CollectValue regarding the use of CollectValue.com and CollectValue Services.
